The hotel was very noisy despite requesting a quiet room, but the rooms were large for our family. The service was exceptional, especially in re-arranging our booking, but there was a mix-up with leaving luggage after check-out. The location was great, with friendly and helpful staff, and it was convenient for finding dining options. The dining experience was fantastic, with good food and service. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.

I couldn't fault this hotel - it had the biggest TV we have ever had in a hotel, just like being at home. The room with city views they gave us for free was awesome, well-positioned, and beautifully decorated. The tennis packs they sell for $10 were delicious and great value for money. Can't wait to use the pool next time!
